Bush Surrenders to the “Terrorists” — U.S. Agrees (Secretly) to Maliki Demands for End of Foreign Presence in Iraq by 2011
Looks like Bush has decided to be a "defeatist" and has begun to "embolden our enemies" by agreeing to a pre-determined withdrawal date. Or in politico-speak a "date certain". Story by Reuters.com:
